Book Your Transit Experience

To book the BusReady Ambassador program for your school, please complete the booking request below using only your school contact information. The program is available for students in Grades 3 to 7 and is designed to provide an engaging and age-appropriate transit education experience. Please list all classes at your school that are interested in participating.

For the presentation, the school will provide parking space for the 40-foot accessible bus on the school grounds. The bus will remain stationary and serve as a hands-on learning environment where students can practice being kind and safe riders.

Please indicate your class requirements below.

To ensure all students have the opportunity to participate, a transit ambassador will present to each class individually. Please complete the form below to help us coordinate the full booking schedule for the ambassador presentations.

Preferred Dates
The BusReady Ambassador Program is available at different times in different regions. Please give a few different options that would work for you. The program is available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Please note that we are only able to visit your school between 10am and 2pm at this time.

Each presentation is approximately 1 hour and includes two components: an in-class presentation and a bus tour.

Reminder: this program is only available for grades 3-7 and a minimum of two classes is required to book a bus.

Each presentation is approximately one hour and includes two components. 

Elementary schools:  

  • 30-minute classroom presentation and a 30-minute bus tour. 
  • Each booking requires at least three classes and can include up to 18 classes. 

Middle schools: 

  • 30-minute transit etiquette presentation and 30-minute hands-on trip-planning activity. Both components delivered in the classroom 
  • Each booking requires at least three classes and can include up to 12 classes. 

The BusReady Ambassador Program is available Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays between 10 am to 2 pm.
